I was really looking forward to getting to grips with this DVD, & that was the problem in the end. It is just so difficult to work with. A great disappointment & one which has put me off buying any dance related exercise DVDs.

Oh, & you do need quite a bit of space to do it - so if you have a small living room you may have trouble avoiding walls/furniture!

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Loved it but very difficult

I was looking forward to the arrival of my DVD and i started it the moment the postman gave it to me. I love the fact that i can learn the dances and lose weight but i found it very difficult to grasp as they move on very quickly. I think they should've taken into consideration that not all people doing the DVD are proffessional dancers, if i was i wouldnt need to do the DVD. I think people will get the grip of it after about 5 or 6 times of doing it. Dont get me wrong its a fab workout they just need to slow down!

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars Waste of time

Very very difficult to follow. There are several more similar dvds on the market that are a lot easier get to grips with.
